Ammar Cephas Plumber

About

I build data infrastructure for water and wastewater utilities at Municorn.us: the extraction, models, and exhibits behind rate studies, system valuations, and regulatory filings.

I worked on the product at Scout Cities, a tech-enabled industrial site selection firm: geospatial data management; total cost of ownership modeling; incentive discovery and economic impact analysis for state negotiations; market scoring across grid, logistics, risk, quality of life; and labor reporting and talent pipelines.

My professional background has focused on software, data engineering, city infrastructure, and operations. I was Chief Innovation Officer at AdComp Systems for three years and then for the City of Aledo, Texas.

I have also studied economics, philosophy, and neuroscience, and retain an interest in the big questions.
